Kasey L. Wright is one of the founding partners of the Firm and represents a variety of clients throughout the State of Utah. His practice focuses on litigation, business, and government matters. Mr. Wright’s litigation practice includes representing clients in contract, real estate, and domestic disputes. His clients include corporations, financial institutions, government entities, hospitals, and individuals from Richfield to Salt Lake City and numerous communities in between. Mr. Wright has a passion for the courtroom and enjoys representing his clients in that setting. However, he has also learned that clients’ interests are often best served by resolving a matter outside of the courtroom. Mr. Wright’s philosophy is that his client’s needs are best served by aggressively preparing for trial while always searching for avenues to positively resolve his client’s case short of trial. He has been recognized by the citizens of Utah County as being one of the county’s top attorneys.
