Jordan K. Rolfe is a member of Hansen Wright Eddy & Haws civil practice section. Jordan has extensive experience representing clients in all types of commercial litigation and general transactional work. His experience includes trial and appellate work in construction, contracts, business, real estate, collections, and securities litigation. In addition, he frequently works with clients in the formation of their businesses, the negotiation and review of their contracts, and other related issues. Jordan helps his clients on both the “business” side of the law and the “litigation” side. Jordan also has experience in divorce, adoption, custody and other domestic issues. Jordan attended law school at Brigham Young University. During law school, Jordan served as a senior editor on the BYU International Law & Management Review. Following law school and prior to joining Hansen Wright Eddy & Haws, Jordan spent several years with a respected Phoenix area firm where he obtained extensive experience practicing in both the state and federal courts. Jordan resides in Utah County with his wife and four children. He enjoys spending time outdoors, watching a ball game, and otherwise spending time with his family.
