Timothy G. Merrill graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University in History. He received his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he served as Associate Editor of the International Law and Management Review. Mr. Merrill clerked as a Guardian Ad Litem on the Fort Duchesne Reservation and worked as a trademark attorney at Unicity International, Inc. before joining Hansen, Wright & Eddy. Mr. Merrill has worked with inmates at Utah State Prison through outreach programs and is an active member of the Central Utah Bar Association. Mr. Merrill specializes in the practice of intellectual property, contract and business law, divorce and family law, wills and estates, and personal injury. |
