Paul D. Jarvis received his Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University in 1999, and his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU in 2005. Mr. Jarvis began clerking for the Firm in 2004 and was admitted to the Utah Bar in 2005. Mr. Jarvis served as an Associate Editor for the BYU Journal of Public Law and is a certified mediator. He has clerked in several government offices, including the Orem City Attorney’s Office, the Utah County Attorney’s Office, the Utah Attorney General’s Office, a U.S. Attorney’s Office, and the Office of General Counsel at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Mr. Jarvis also clerked for the International Law Department of Payless ShoeSource, Inc. He is currently engaged in a broad transactional and litigation practice with an emphasis in business, contracts, banking, collections and property law. |
