Mark D. Eddy received his B.A. in Communications from Brigham Young University in 1996, and his Juris Doctor cum laude, from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU in 2001. Mr. Eddy was admitted to the bar in 2001 and became a partner with the firm of Jacobs & Eddy, P.C. in American Fork, Utah. His practice areas included the general practice of law with emphasis in areas of misdemeanor criminal law, civil litigation, estate planning and business entity formation and advising. He then left Jacobs & Eddy, P.C. to open his own law practice in 2004, devoting his time to corporate law, securities and real estate law. In 2002, Mr. Eddy was appointed Judge Pro Tem in the Fourth District Court, State of Utah, where he serves as a Small Claims Judge. In June of 2007, Mr. Eddy was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. His current practice concentrates in the areas of civil litigation, real estate law, corporate creation and financing, and estate planning.
