Paul D. Jarvis Paul D. Jarvis is a partner at Hansen, Wright, Eddy & Haws, P.C. He is currently engaged in a broad transactional and litigation practice with an emphasis in banking, collections, business, contracts, property, and probate. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University. He received his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU, where he served as an Associate Editor for the BYU Journal of Public Law. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked in the Orem City Attorney’s Office, the Utah County Attorney’s Office, the Utah Attorney General’s Office, a U.S. Attorney’s Office, and the Office of General Counsel at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Mr. Jarvis also clerked for the International Law Department of Payless ShoeSource, Inc.
