Morgan L. Cummings received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah in 2005, and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law in 2009. Mr. Cummings was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2009. Mr. Cummings has also been admitted to the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for Utah's Central Division. His practice areas include gift and estate taxation, estate planning and probate, business and corporate law (including planning and formation, nonprofit organizations, negotiations, and litigation), securities law (including exempt offerings and litigation), real property and water rights law, debtor-creditor law (including creditors' rights in bankruptcy), and entertainment law (film industry). Mr. Cummings has been a guest lecturer for estate planning at Utah Valley University's Legal Studies program, and is a member of the Utah State Bar's estate and taxation section, as well as the Utah State Bar's litigation section.
