Matthew R. Crane received his B.S. in Psychology from Brigham Young University in 2004, and his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU in 2009. During law school, Mr. Crane served as a Senior Editor of the BYU Law Review. Mr. Crane also clerked for Baker & McKenzie in Geneva, Switzerland, where he focused on international business and contract law. Mr. Crane was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2009 and became a member of the firm in 2009. Mr. Crane’s current practice concentrates on the general practice of law with an
emphasis on business and commercial law, civil litigation, intellectual property, and estate planning.
