Brian K. Haws earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Brigham Young University in 1994. He graduated Cum Laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law at BYU in 1998 and was admitted to the Utah State Bar Association that same year. Mr. Haws began his practice as an associate with the firm of Duval Hansen Witt & Morley and was made a partner in that firm in 2002. In 2003, Mr. Haws left to start the firm of Duval Haws Moody & Frei, which he continued with until joining Hansen Wright Eddy & Haws in January of 2009. During his years of practice Mr. Haws developed expertise in the areas of family law, criminal prosecution, corporate law, and general civil litigation and municipal law. The primary focus of his practice has centered on municipal law and land use development, with extensive experience in litigating constitutional private property rights. He has served as the prosecutor for Lindon City since 1998 and has handled civil matters for the Lindon City since 2005.
